ONE WIRE BRAID HOSE – SAE 100R1

Recommended For : Medium pressure hydraulic oil lines. Meets or exceeds the requirements of SAE 100R1 Type AT and performance requirements of DIN 20022 1SN / EN 853 1SN. Provides tighter than standard minimum bend radius and greater flexibility for easier plumbing. Suitable for use with non-skive ferrules.

Tube : Oil-resistant synthetic rubber (Nitrile). Reinforcement : One braid of high-tensile steel wire.

Cover : Oil and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber (Modified Nitrile).

Temperature Range : For Hydraulic Oil Lines -40°C to +100°C. For water emulsions, etc., see page 24.

Hydraulics & Lifting Aids was incorporated in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on January 19th, 1990. At that time, our primary focus was to provide the industrial market with hydraulic hose assemblies, lifting tackles and slings.
Over time, our product offering has expanded and diversified into:

From 2012, we commenced manufacturing and installing custom made hydraulic lifts for homes, offices and warehouses under the brand HLA Hydraulic Lifts.

Our in-house knowledge in the field of hydraulics coupled with over 2 decades of experience has enabled us to reach and eliminate the root of the problem and minimize machine and system downtime. What started off as a solely trading firm, has now developed into a manufacturing as well as a service enterprise and we believe in constant and continuous improvement through the incorporation of new technologies and procedures.
