the compressors are subjected to stringent test under quality assurance system with world class testing facility specially designed and manufactured to perform under the tough industrial conditions in a real life situation. We offer the following technological advantages over competition –
ø air-cooled compressor for continuous duty application.
ø highest output of compressed air per hp with lowest power consumption anest iwata air compressors are 15% more energy efficient than competition .
ø very low maintenance cost and easy to maintain.
ø very low vibration & noise level. The noise level is less than competition by 6/7 db at 1.5 mtrs. Distance. The maximum vibration level of our compressor is 0.2 mm which is less than half of competition.
ø very low oil carry over . It is 0.05mg/hp/hr which is less than half of the competition.
