The high speed  single  facer  offers  a  high  rate  of  production and  enhanced efficiency,  the rolls  are  mounted on bearing for  smooth  running,  and  longer  life,  the  rollers are  made  from specially en19 forgot  material  the  rolls  , the  rolls  dia  approximately 233 mm  , minutely,  finished  , flute  rolls  result,  in  perfect  formation of  flutes  , the  machine is  equipped with  hydraulic system,  to  adjust  the  pressure and  gum  , rollers,  which is  operated from  separate remote panal  for  single  side  and  synchronized  pressure 
The  machine is  provided with  gum  tray. Movement device  with  become  operational  when  gum  unit  is  disengaged  , from  rollers  , the  machine is recommended  to  be  used  on  steam  , or  thermic  fluid  heaters 
Approximately out put  of  machine is  110 rtf/min
The  heaters  are provided for  the  appropriate conversation of  paper to  2 ply. , after  pasting  you  can  make  3ply,  5ply, 7, ply., 9ply  any  typed  boxes
