Nylon is a kind of high strength material, which is a flexible and fusible material having very low melting temperature. So, they melt quickly when exposed to heat. This strong bonding add strength to the thread and also minimize the friction. Thus, they are more comfortable when sewed at high speed, as compared to any other thread, say polyester, which is a dryer stuff to use.
