it's an effort to keep our creativity alive and also provide a source of income to the ladies of our society who either are not allowed to step out of their house for job or are not educated enough but have a creative eye and can make wonderful designs when guided properly. Thus instilling in them a sense of pride and building the confidence in themselves to earn their own living.
