The colour red in our logo stands for physical strength, warmth, energy, and excitement. It’s stimulating and lively. The colour blue stands for intelligence, trust and serenity. It’s the colour of the mind and is soothing.
The “A” stands for ALA preschool.
The wings indicate that learning gives us wings to fly.
The pen is symbolic of the fact that we are the writers of our destiny.

Every day you learn. Learning is not a luxury. It’s an absolute basic necessity. To bring up a child you need to learn, to stay healthy you need to learn, to stay informed you need to learn. You need to learn to work, to play, to grow. You learn. And to learn you need to learn. On Amazon.com alone there are lakhs of books on any topic of interest. To read them all you need a lifetime. But that is not the problem.
The actual problem is the number is not static. The information nowadays is not only found in books. You can find it on blogs, videos, journals, magazines, the minds of experts. The amount of information is doubling every two years. So in two years all that you learned will be outdated. Even as you are reading this the world has become more knowledgeable. 9 articles were created, 10 books were published, and 3400 posts were blogged (on Wikipedia alone). So in order to be up to date, it’s not about learning. It’s about learning to learn.
