Nucleating Masterbatches

We have powder form clarifier also,By adding 50 to 75gms powder form clarifier in PP 110, it will give random like clarity in PP 110, saving cost of Rs 4 to 8/kg compared to Random polymer.

In order to meet the requirements of patrons, we are engaged in offering a broad array of Nucleating Master Batches, which is a PP – Base carrier. The demand of offered master batches is rising as these have 10 % of active ingredient and can effectively increase the clarity of PP products. Our offered master batches are extensively used in injection moulded items, extruded films, blow moulded containers and PP based products, such as medical disposables, films, containers, buckets and bottles.
Specifications:

•  Let down ratio is: 1 to 3%
• Works by creating spherulites of small size that can augment the clarity by transmitting more light.
