BOSS HEAD IS MADE OF ZINC PRESSURE DAI CASTING. Clamps holdersare designed so that it can hold a rods 5/8" in diameter or smallerin right angle. Clamps holders are available in different finishes like nickle plated, zinc plated or black powder coated. It can be customarized by request.
The alloy clamps holdersare constructed in precision die-casting zinc based alloy. The melting point of this material is 400degree celsius but the material will soften at 250 degree celsius. The maximum recommended safe working temperature for this material is 180 degee celsius. Clamps and bossheads fitted with plastic headed screws are not suitable for the use in sub-zero, radioactive or carbon dioxide environments.
