Non Metallic Expansion Joints

Non metallic expansion joints are very essential in process plants where hot air, hot gases and flue gases are involved in the proccess lines. The advantages of using this is
1. They do not transfer vibration to the ducting from the rorationg elements like fans, blowers, vibrating sieves, mills, etc,.
2. They are designed to accomodate elongation of the ducts due to temperature in all three directions.
3. They accomodate minor misalignments and plant settling without damaging the ducts.
they can be used in applications within the temperature range of 40 to 1400 deg c and pressure range of +/- 2000mmwc.
alta vista can supply non metallic expansion joints as complete assembled units (with steel frames) and only fabric rolls to suit the existing non metallic expansion joints in case of replacement.
