In 1989 the ZG’s business was transferred to 'flexican' Bellows & Hoses Private Limited which has a modern new factory at 283, GIDC, Makarpura at Baroda. Gujarat (India).

This product requires specialized designing and high precision manufacturing capabilities. 'flexican' Metal Bellows are used in steel plants, refineries, petrochemicals, cement, power plants, fertilizers and other diverse industries which are core industries with perennial growth. The company has infrastructure and capacity to produce Bellows in sizes up to 7000 mm (dia. with present.)
