Our Mineral Water Non ISI Plants are designed to treat any kind of water using the Reverse Osmosis Technology. The level of salt content present in water may vary from place to place and from source to source. Water derived from a bore well or brackish water certainly demands a higher level of purification. Chlorination Dosing System	Sodium Hypochlorite	Raw Water will be chlorinated prior to its entry into raw water storage tank. This will provide enough contact time for the chlorine to react on microbes. Sodium Hypochlorite is a chlorine compound often used as a disinfectant. The Chlorine may react with soluble iron salts to form Ferric Chloride. The precipitated materials can then be removed by Filtration.
Raw Water Pump	Make: Xylem / Grundfos Type: Horizontal Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump	The Raw Water would be pumped to the MGF, ACF, MCF and R.O. Module by means of Raw Water Pump.
Multi Grade Filter	MOC: FRP / SS 304 / SS 316	The raw water from its source will be directly passed through the MGF to remove suspended solids from the same.
De-Chlorination	Sodium Meta-bi-Sulphite	Sodium Meta-bi-sulphite is used as a disinfectant, antioxidant, and preservative agent. It is used to remove Free Chlorine traces from the Water.
Iron Removal Filter	MOC: FRP / SS 304 / SS 316 Media: Iron Removal Resin	The iron Removal Filters are designed to remove the excess iron content present in the feed water.
Activated Carbon Filter	Carbon Type: Coconut Base Iodine Value: 900	The raw water from its source will be directly passed through the ACF to remove Chlorine, Color & Odor from Raw water
Antiscalant Dosing System	NSF Approved, Food Grade Chemical	The features of this Antiscalent are: Prevent organic and inorganic fouling of the Reverse Osmosis system.Take care of high incoming silica and bicarbonate load in the feed to the RO thus Reducing Scaling of the RO Pressure Tubes.
Micron Cartridge Filter	Type: Polypropylene Cartridge Filters with Nominal Rating - 5-10 Micron	A MCF is provided to remove fine suspended solids, which may escape from upstream units. Micron cartridge filter is provided which will remove fine suspended solids up to 5 micron, which if not trapped may clog the RO membrane.
High Pressure Pump	Make: Xylem / Grundfos Type: Vertical Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pump	The Filtered Water would be pumped to R.O. Module by means of High Pressure Pump.
Reverse Osmosis System	Type: Spiral-Wound Element with Polyamide thin-film composite Pore Size: 0.0001 Micron	Reverse osmosis (RO) is a water purification process that uses a partially permeable membrane to remove ions, unwanted molecules and larger particles from drinking water
UV System	Make: Alfa	UV sterilizers utilize UV germicidal lamps which emit UV-C wavelength at 253.7nm lethal to bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms present in the water. Ultraviolet technology has been one of the most effective methods of water treatment and air purification, without using any chemicals.
