NON FIRE RATED WOODEN DOORS

Our Wooden Doors are tested as per standards of third party certification from Intertek Warnock Hersey/ ITS certification scheme complying North American Codes (NFPA 252, ANSI, UL 10(C), UL 10(B), UBC -7-2 CAN 4-S104 and Chilten Internatiomal Fire. Vulcan Timber doors are also approved under BM Trada under the scheme of Q mark Fire doors complying BS 476 part 22.

Timber doors are designed for use in commercial or residential applications. Available in Single or Double panel configuration with frames prepared for installation in Masonry, Steel or Wood stud construction. Timber Doors are designed to suit any available hardware configurations including locksets, panic exit devices, closers and view lites. 

Fire rated Frames are made with solid wood of density varying from 600-800 kg/m3 & composites depending upon the certification. Frames are then painted to the required colour. 

Fire rated shutters are made with Particle chip boards, Mineral cores & Composite cores. 
Non fire rated doors can be made with Hollow core or Honey comb infill. 
Single Doors from size Width 650-1214 mm X Height 1500-2743 mm can be made. 
Double Doors from size Width 1200-2438 mm X Height 1500-2743 mm can be made. 
Timber Doors are available in the following ranges, : FD30, FD 45, FD60, FD90 & FD 120. 
Door thickness varying from 35 mm to 65 mm thick are available depending on requirements. 
Non fire rated doors can be custom made to suit various aesthetic requirements, like veener, laminates, steel claddings & artistic designs as well. 
Timber doors can also achieve Acoustic ratings up to 42 dB.
