EPNR-1390UC (Noise Rejection Ratio Meter) is a special purpose table top equipment suitable for measuring shield efficiency of cables especially instrumentation cables. The test is conducted @ 1kHz and the reading is directly expressed in dB for fast analysis. The parameter is also called 'Static Noise Rejection Ratio' measurement. The instrumentation is well embedded with a stable test voltage source, in- built wide range digital micro volt meter and a microcomputer for digital signal processing. This instrument is equally useful for measuring shield efficiency in multicore as well as single core shielded cables
