Nitrogen Gas Generator

We are offering nitrogen gas generator.these units are skid mounted and fully automated units which give flexibility to left unattended for many hours. These units can be operated by plc or dcs depending upon the flexibility of customers. This process consists of two beds filled with special grade carbon molecular sieves. When compressed air is passed through the bed, it adsorbs oxygen and passes nitrogen upward. This technology is called pressure swing adsorption. Start up time is only 5 minutes and return of investment of such kinds of plants is only 12 to 18 months (roi). These are fully automatic units; need no attention of operator and no supervision.
