CLEANER SPRAY- is an aerosol applied cleaner used as part of the NDT crack detection system for pre-use cleaning, also for the easy removal of RMC RED DYE and RMC DEVELOPER Sprays.

Application of NDT 102 Non Destructive testing

Direction of use of NDT 102 Non Destructive testing

• Shake well before use.
• Clean the surface to removed dust with clean cloth.
• Hold the can at least 8 to 12 cm from the surface you are spraying and keep the can upright during use. repeat the same every after every 8-10 operations. wipe off the spatter with a light cloth.
• When finished spraying, clean the aerosol valve by turning the can upside down and pressing the button until only propellant escapes

Precaution of NDT 102 Non Destructive testing

• Contents are Extremely Flammable and Under Pressure, Do Not Puncture
• Prevention : Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames, hot surfaces. No smoking. Avoid
• breathing dust, fume, gas, mist, vapours, spray. Use only outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. do not contaminate water supply. incinerate or store above 50°C. Exposure to high temperatures may cause can to burst. Do not place in direct sunlight or near any heat source. Aerosol cans will conduct electricity. Keep away from all live electrical sources including battery terminals, solenoids,
• electrical panels and other electronic components. Failure to observe this warning may result in serious injury from flash fire and/or electrical shock.

First Aid :

• Swallowed – Not considered a normal route of entry. Do not induce vomiting. Seek medical
• advice. Avoid giving milk or oils. Avoid giving alcohol.
• Skin – Flush skin and hair with running water (and soap if available). Remove any adhering
• solids with industrial skin cleansing cream. Do not use solvents. Seek medical attention in the event of irritation.
• Eyes – Immediately hold eyelids apart and flush eye continuously for at least 15 minutes with fresh running water. Ensure complete irrigation of the eye by keeping eyelids apart and away from eye and moving the eyelids by occasionally lifting the upper and lower lids. Transport to hospital or doctor without delay.
• Inhalation – Remove to fresh air. Lay patient down. Keep warm and rested.
• Dispose of empty containers safely. All unused product should be disposed of in conformance with local and HSNO regulations,

Storage of NDT 102 Non Destructive testing

• Store locked up. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50 °C/122 °F. Store in a well-ventilated place.keep container tightly closed.
