Contact SupplierThe Brain Monitor features 50 clearly marked input channels – 32 referential, 6 differentials, 10 DC, plus oxygen saturation and pulse rate from an integrated MasimoSET oximeter, clinically proven to outperform all other ox meters. Both Sleep and EEG studies can be run using the Brain Monitor or, with its 50 channels, a full EEG study and Sleep study at the same time! A patient-event-switch interface and a photic-stimulator interface are standard to allow complete EEG functionality. Internal signal processing digitizes the data at the amplifier itself eliminating analog data transfer and minimizing noise. The amplifier system can be fixed to a wall or mounted on a variety of carts, with unique quick-disconnect options allowing to move the unit easily and safely where you need it.
This versatile amplifier has all the features needed for brain monitoring in an EMU or the ICU, translating to a highly cost-effective solution for a hospital or clinic.
Brain Monitor delivers connectivity & convenience
The Brain Monitor amplifier with TCP/IP connectivity can plug into your network and stream data to an acquisition computer anywhere on the network. Without the need for custom cabling or expensive proprietary hardware, the Brain Monitor amplifier can also connect directly to an acquisition computer using a standard USB connection.
With the Brain Monitor, you can run an impedance test directly from the amplifier and view the results right at the patient’s bedside. The Brain Monitor features a small and lightweight breakout box that can be worn by the patient and provide freedom to move around. A built-in night light adds convenience for the tech without disturbing the patient’s sleep.
Improved workflow
The Brain Monitor amplifier has been designed to suit a wide variety of environments including EMU, ICU, EEG and Sleep labs. DC inputs on both the breakout box and base unit facilitate convenience by allowing fixed devices to interface with the base unit and portable devices to the breakout box. In addition, DC inputs are located on both the front and back of the base unit, so that permanent connections can be made securely in the back and temporary connections quickly in the front.
The rugged and durable Brain Monitor Sleep/EEG amplifier is a true IP-addressable head box that’s small, simple to use and that can be viewed over your facility’s existing network, or connected via a USB cable to a local computer.
