Types Available

• Classical V Belts : This type of belts is suitable for the application where linear speed of belt does not exceed 30 meters/sec. Our Classical V Belts are designed in accordance with IS 2494 (Part 1). Using premium HMLS Polyester cord and Chloroprene in their rubber jacket fabric, the manufacturers have developed these V Belts to render exceptional operational reliability. Also, these belts have anti-static, heat and oil resistant properties.
• Hexagonal Belts : This type of belts is perfect for convoluted and serpentine belt drive paths having reverse bends. These Hexagonal Belts have been designed with a new cross section which retains the alignment of the belt in the pulley grove. The belts comprise high grade polyester tensile member as its core and chloroprene in insulation rubber that permeated with specially woven covering cloth.
• Narrow V-Belts : This type of V Belt is used in agricultural and industrial machinery and is ideal for drives with high belt speed. These Belts require 50% smaller pulley breadths than classical sections allowing a considerable size reduction. The belts consist of HMLS polyester cord and holds rubber comprising zone which is high compression resistance when the cord and power transmitting is wrapped in chloroprene rubber permeated fabric cover. The cover offers protection against external influences and friction against the pulleys. Besides, the belts have feature like tolerance stability due to which they can be used in preset without sorting.
