Aparajita Flower well-known as a Butterfly pea, scientifically called “Clitoria ternatea”. It is an ancient Thai herbal plant that has so many health benefits. It is popularly known as “Bunga Telang” in Malay and “Sangu Poo or Sangu Pushpam” in Tamil. 
In Thailand and Vietnam people used to refer to this flower as “Blue pea” or “Asian pigeon wings”. The Butterfly pea can be found anywhere in India, it is used for prayers and poojas. It can grow well on it is own with little or no maintenance.
