Apple juice and water are used to create refined ACV. In comparison to natural or unpasteurized vinegar, it has a delicate flavor and a slightly lighter hue. This vinegar is terrific as a salad dressing and as a condiment for fish, chicken, and other meats. It can improve the flavor of eggs, potatoes, and vegetables as well as sauces and spreads. Try using it to marinate meat; it will become more flavorful and tender.
Ingredients: Apple juice and water.
Benefits:
To improve the flavor and taste, you can use it to make sauce or chutney for salad dressings. You may also add it to boiling eggs (by the teaspoon) to stop the eggshells from shattering. The vinegar also helps to eliminate microorganisms and tenderize the meat. The meat can be marinated with herbs and spices as well. Additionally, it aids in digestion by breaking down cellulose in any fibrous or stringy veggies.
Dosage:
Use a teaspoon for dressing and marination. Use 1-2 teaspoons to tenderize or soften the meat.
