Nasyam is one of the main procedures of Panchakarma therapy. In this treatment, therapeutic administration of medicated oil is poured through nostrils. The treatment is advised either in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening. Indication – Migraine, Sinusitis, Cervical Spondylosis, Facial paralysis etc. Duration – 15 to 20 minutes
