HOW TO USE ::

• Apply background polish on your nail and wait it to dry.
• Apply the nail polish (the solid one) onto the selected pattern of plate.
• Make a swift scrape by your scraper to get rif of the excessive polish.
• Press the stamper onto the pattern to pick it up.
• Transfer the pattern to your nail gently.
• Apply top coat to protect the decal.
