Mustard Raw Honey

Mustard Honey is uni-flower honey collected from the flower nectar of mustard plant (Brassica nigra). It is an annual plant cultivated for its seeds, which are commonly used in spice products and oil production. The plant is native to Asia and South Europe. RHBFS has apiary for Mustard honey in Sitapur, U.P., India. Honey will be extracted from December to February month. It is dark yellowish in colour and somewhat oil texture with moderate sweetness. It has mustard-peppery taste.
