Buttons
Product consists of caps with attached stems at least 85% of which are not longer than 4mm and no stems are longer than 7mm.
Sliced
Product is made by slicing WholeButton Mushrooms and 80% of these slices by weight are in the direction approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the mushroom.
