Most of commercial and industrial installations in the country have large electrical loads which are inductive in nature, such as motors, large machines, air conditioners, drives etc., which results in a lagging power factor. This means loss and wastage of energy and heavy penalties by electricity boards. However in case of rapidly varying and scattered loads it becomes difficult to maintain a high power factor by manually switching on/off capacitors in proportion to variation of load within an installation. This drawback is overcome by using APFC Panel which not only maintains a high power factor but also eliminates the need for constant manual intervention. APFC panel are fully automatic in operation and each can be use to achieve-consistently high power factor under fluctuating load condition. Elimination of low power factor penalty levied by electrical supply authorities. Reduce KVA demand charges. Lower energy consumption in the installation by reducing losses. Units are available in different models With Harmonic/Detuned Filters. Without Harmonic/Detuned Filters. With Thyristors Switching Modules. With Contactor Switching.

We use Epcos Apfc relay BR6000 and capacitor as per customer requirement ,our Apfc panel maintains PF 0.98 to 1
