The machine is fitted with collar type former pipe unit that; converts packing film into tube after vertical sealing; after filling the product, horizontal sealing and cutting done. Horizontal sealers are pneumatically actuated as also the cutting blade.
Compressed air is required for vertical, horizontal sealer operations as well as for pan opening. Pouch length will be controlled by belt draw or table draw mechanism and controlled by print mark sensor.
