vicas engineering co., are designer & developer of special purpose automate machines, for various operation in versatile of components, established since 1992. We have recently designed & developed open die header machine. Cap: ø1.0mm to ø3.0mm x l. 30mm, especially for pins used in auto tyre tube valve core.
Experiences of all these years have helped us to start production of small components in cold forging & machining operations, suitable for our open die header machine. Components can be made of aluminum, brass, copper & mild steel, all precision components in mass quantities. It caters to the requirements in various industrial sectors like automotive, electronics & electrical & fasteners etc.
