Outer casing is made of double walled Mild steel duly powder coated. The gap between to two walls is filled with ceramic blanket insulation to prevent heat loss. There is a grooved refractory chamber which has kanthal heating element fitted on three side to provide quick heating. Silicon rods are provided in case of high temperature (above 1350°C).
