MS BOLT HINGE TYPE

This is ms bolt hinge plate type fasteners with special fastening bolts and nuts suitable for conveyor belts 6mm to 18mm thickness available in one meter length.
1.ms 45 bolt hinge plate type comes with (two pcs fastener with bolts and nut and one hinge pin all zinc yellow plated)
the offered system –
a. offered is metallic clips & tie rod . This works on solid plate hawk type belt fasteners and gets well seated in the clips -rubber covers when tightened.
B. Does not require any special lacing tool for making a lacing joint .
C. suitable for higher belt ratings .
D. available for m-24 , hr & shr belts .
E. much lesser time and skill required to make a solid joint.
Further these fasteners are the only mechanical fasteners which can be installed with bolts and nut using special tools
installation is easy and simple, doesn't require special installation equipment.
