Contact SupplierThe MRF Conveyor Belt plant at Arkonam is the most modern belting plant in India, having the curing press of SIEMPELKAMP, Germany 2000 mm wide, 15.6 metre the longest press in India. The automatic belt-making table from PIRELLI, Italy provides excellent belt consolidation and optimum cure. The Belts are offered in various constructions 2 to 6 plies ranging from 200 to 800 kN/m in standard range & 4 to 6 ply belt in strength ranging from 1000 to 1800 kN/M in service & also with Hi-cushion for excellent impact resistance & improved lateral stiffness to support heavier loads. Belts are available in width ranging from 500 mm to 1600 mm.MRF Muscleflex Conveyor Belting Technical DataBelt Designation: MRF Muscleflex Belts are designated to denote the full thickness breaking strength in kilo Newtone / Metre width and the number of plies comprising the carcass. A Rating of 315 / 3 would denote a full thickness breaking strength of 315 kN/m width comprising 3 plies of fabric reinforcement.Note:For operating temperatures in excess of 125°C, the maximum operating tension should not be more than 75% of RMBT. Carcass thickness and weights are subject to manufacturing tolerance. Belt with values other than above can be manufactured for special requirements.Load support data is based on belt sag between idlers limited to maximum 2% of idler span and nips of maximum 10 mm with capacity utilization above 75%.All Belt are suitable for deep throughing idlers in commonly used widths for the given rating. However, for Heavy Service Belts below 800mm, kindly refer to the MRF service Team.
