Pie Gauge Field Indicator: The Pie Gauge/Pie Filed Indicator is a tool for quickly verifying the direction of magnetic flux on a surface. It is made from eight ferrous segments, braised into a single piece, providing a star pattern of nonferrous discontinuities. Typically used with dry powders for yoke inspection, the Pie Gauge can be held at any angle and will generate indications perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic flux. A similar test gauge, the Berthold Penetrameter, uses four instead of eight ferrous sections
QQI Shims: Artificial flaw shims improve inspection reliability, verify magnetic field direction and relative strength at all critical areas of a component. Basic Circular and Cross Bar flaws configuration suitable for longitudinal and circular fields. Meets ASTM & MIL Standards.
Gauss Meter: Is Magnetic Field Indicators Rugged, pocket-size meters used to indicate residual magnetism remaining in part after magnetization.
Centrifuge Tube: Centrifuge tube is used for checking the concentration of the powder particles in the freshly prepared Bath for MPI. Pear-shaped 100ml glass centrifuge tube is manufactured to meet the requirements of ASTM Standard. The tube is duly graduated and has a least count of 0.05 ml and 0.1 ml. This ensures the accurate reading of the settling of powder particles.
