The system is used for maintaining constant temperature of the mould during processing, which eliminates rejection and stresses in the moulded components, increase finish and shine.
Oil based system for temperature of upto 150 degree C and water based system for temperature upto 95 degree C.
Tank made out of SS and completely insulated.
Pump mounted inside the tank, thus eliminating any chance of oil leakage.
High pressure and seal less pump.
Cooling coil provided inside the tank.
PID Temperature controller used for precise and accurate control.
Level sensor provided to prevent dry running of the pump.
Portable and light weight.
Duly powder coated.
