This is an excellent quality heavy duty five feet length motorized gear box driven draw bench.

This machine is ideal to draw soldered hollow tubes of copper, gold and silver as well as to draw wire to obtain precise diameter wire.

It is equipped with heavy duty chain and is fitted with single phase AC drive electricals for longer life and maintenance free operation.  The machine uses standard diamond and carbide drawing dies. It is fitted with electrical control panel complete with speed controller and light indicators. It also fitted with both voltage and currrent drawing meter to show excess currrent draw in case of excessive load due to hard jobs to prevent damage to the machine.

This machine is widely used by manufacturers of hand made gold and silver chains and bracelets. This machine helps in obtaining a solid copper base Gold cover wire by winding and drawing through this machine a solid copper wire surrounded by suitable width gold strip. The solid wire obtained through this machine is then used to make various size and shape of Links used in bracelet making and then the inside copper is removed and hollow light weight gold bracelet is obtained. 

The machine is also equipped with finely designed self adjusting job holding vice to grip the wire or tube for proper holding. The machine is sturdy and easy to use.
