The wipes evenly spread the active ingredient and are more convenient to use than gels or sprays. The wipes eliminate the need to use vaporizers or coils emitting noxious fumes.
the wipes are impregnated with the active ingredient, n,n-diethyl-m-toluamide (deet). Deet interferes with the function of chemo-receptors in insects thereby rendering them unable to detect human hosts. Deet has been used worldwide for more than 50 years as a personal insect repellant. The wipes provide up to 8 hours of protection and help reduce exposure to numerous mosquito-borne illnesses including malaria, dengue fever and chikungunya. Bugoff wipes also contain aloe and glycerin which moisturize and soothe skin.
