Moringa Capsules

Moringa capsules:

                Moringa 500 mg extract is obtained from Moringa Oleifera which is also known as drumstick tree. It is well known as a nutrient superfood which provides essential proteins (amino acids), vitamins and antioxidants such as Vitamin A, B1 (Thiamine), B2 (Riboflavin), B3 (Niacin), B6, Vit. C and Folate.  It also contains minerals calcium, potassium iron, magnesium, phosphorus and zinc. Moringa has traditionally found use in Ayurvedic therapy for its anti-ageing, anti-viral, anti-depressant and anti-inflammatory properties. It is particularly useful for healthy skin, digestion, cardiovascular, and brain health due to it being a rich source of antioxidants and vital nutrients.    Taken by mouth:

        Asthma. In an early study, taking 3 grams of moringa twice daily for three weeks reduced aasthm symptoms and the severity of asthma attacks in adults.   Increasing breast milk production. Early evidence suggests that taking 250 mg of a specific moringa supplement (Natalac) twice daily after childbirth increases breast milk production.
