When the gemstones quality started degrading in the 2006-2007, the prices of all gemstones bubbled up. Then came the trend of Cabochons, where all gemstones that were used were medium-good quality. Ofcourse the top quality of rough was used to make facetted gemstones, whereas everything else was being used for Cabochons. Thats why Navneet Gems and Minerals today has more than 25 different types of Cabochons in their stock in almost all shapes and sizes.

We have our own Factory in India and Thailand of Semi Precious and Precious Stones. In India mainly producing Semi precious gemstones inall shapes, sizes and cuts where as in Thailand making Precious Gemstones and Cabochons such as Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.

Order Processing
Here are some steps of how we process the order.
1. Order Confirmation- First we receive order confirmation by our customer.
2. In second step, Our customer makes the payment. Many payment methods are availble here.
3. Check Quality - After receiving the Payment our team prepare the goods and QC department checks the quality.
4. Pack Goods - After passing through QC, our shipping team packs the goods and send it for shipping. We use different Shipping menthods (Fedex, EMS, UPS, Post etc.). Customer can choose by own also.
5. In the final stage we provide regular updation to our customers about goods. We provide tracking number for every order to our customers.
6. After Sales services - We believe in long business relationship so we do provide best customer services. We take back goods with in one week after receiving if gemstones are chipped and very poor in quality.
