Traditionally moong special papad is prepared using black gram flour, green gram pulse flour, with papad khar, sazi and vegetable oil & spices added. These ingredients are made into tight dough and formed into a thin, round shape. Moong special papad can be experienced with the variety of different ingredients such as black pepper, red chillies, cumin, or other spices. According to this we prepare handmade moong special papad 7. Papad is an indian starter or snack. It is a type of flatbread or wafer. Round in shape, papad may be roasted and fried. Though internationally esteemed, these wafers or indian flatbreads are particularly popular in northern india. These are hygienically hand made.
