Techno Industries TACKLERS brand Monorail Trolleys are offered in capacities ranging from 0.5 to 25 Tones. The Trolley frame plates are heavy section rolled steel and are rigidly hold together by means of M.S. Spacers and bolts.
The Wheels are made of graded cast iron, mounted on ball bearing. Shaft & axles are accurately cut by machine from carbon steel and properly supported. These Trolleys are suitable for running on I-beam flanges.
Hand Chains are electrically butt-welded, accurately calibrated to easily fit into sprockets of Hand Chain Wheel, which in turn, is made out of graded casting as per IS-210 specifications. The Curvature of the trolley can be supplied as per detail drawing and specifications.
The large diameter of Hand Wheel & higher tread diameter of wheels ensures less effort as well as smooth and faster movement horizontally.
