A Vibrating Screen or Feeder is usually the heart of a production plant, its failure causes loss of production and repair may be expensive if damage has already occured. The monitoring system for Vibrating Machines detect irregular vibrations which usually remain unnoticed by maintenance personnel. The system reports them early enough to trigger preventive measures and avoid extensive damage and unscheduled downtime Monitoring functions include failure of drive shafts, overspeed, transverse vibrations, overload and resonance vibrations. Use of monitoring systems increase plant availability through avoiding unscheduled breakdowns and reducing maintenance.
