Saccharide Isomerate, derived from D-glucose of wheat, similar in composition to endogeneous carbohydrate complex in Natural Moisturizing Factor(NMF), found in stratum corneum. It is a highly effective moisture regulator that functions under the driest conditions where traditional moisturizing agents and humectants lose their effectiveness
