Modular Conveyor

modular conveyor belts are commonly used in conveyor applications that require bends and curves. They are manufactured in short segments and in a range of standard widths that can be connected together using hinges and rods. This enables the belting to operate smoothly around bends whilst maintaining a flat  top surface to support the product being conveyed.

Through the positive locking drive and the side rail, modular conveyors are recommended where a belt is not possible due to slip, and an unfavorable length-width ratio or transverse forces. On request we design with reinforced bearings, supplemental supports of the drive shaft,
