MT-Bore is provided internally grinded by internal grinding machine
Six splined EN8 steel spindles running in a set of 4 bearings offers rigidity and precision while drilling
8 Spindle speeds and Fine feed System for drilling, tapping, reaming operations
Arm and drill-head guide ways are precisely hand-scraped for minimum play and rigid clamping of drill-head with arm
Without Box table and Electrical
By simple adjustment of only tapper wedge facility to set drill head on arm guide way
Provides 8 Speeds by accurate balanced pairs of cone pulleys, which runs on two ball bearings
Well adequately ribbed base plate, arm & arm bracket for maximum rigidity & minimum deflection
Gears made from best quality material are helical teethed on imported hobbing machine for smooth and noiseless running
Strongly ribbed and thick walled base plate having built-in coolant tank
Spindle sleeve is properly grinded and hardened is guided in honned, Drill head bore spindle is mounted on five ball & bearing for smooth and accurate running
Pillar & other parts being provided in machine are ground and finished by imported grinding machine
Grinding is provided on protector for swiveling of radial arm to required degree
