Misting System Tubing

PE Tubes and Nylon Tube are widely used in Misting System Design.
MANLON misting tubes are avilable in 3/8" and 1/4" sizes (in Black and other colors).
MANLON misting tubes - PE and Nylon - are avilable for 70 Bar pressure and for 40 Bar pressure.

Misting system is widely used nowadays, instead of normal cooling techniques, to cool outdoor locations such as dining, patio, a deck, garden or swimming pool. The water misting system using a mist fan helps boost staff morale and efficiency in hot indoor and outdoor business surroundings.
High or low pressure mist fog system creates an ultra high FOG of fine water droplets-less than 20 microns. This helps create the feel of natural fog.

-Available for high working pressure, up to 1050 psi (70 Bar / kg/cm 2)
-Available for medium working pressure, up to 600 psi (40 Bar / kg/cm 2)
-Semi flexible PE Tube / Nylon tube helps easy installation of misting system.
-The tubes are resitant to friction, abrasion, water and host of other chemicals.
-PE Tube / Nylon tube are plasticized and heat stabilizedand and Suitable upto 80 C.
-Manlon Misting Tubes are suitable for compression and push-in type connections etc.
-Manlon Misting Tubes are available in various colors: black, white, blue, red, yellow,green, etc.
