A vertical form, fill and seal machine for producing 3/4 side Sealed sachets handling all types offree flowing flowing Liquids.
The modellPM-50 handles a single reel film stock. Max. reel width is 300 mm on 76 mm core. The Product is dosing through Volumetric syrange Pump, Block Pump for viscous products & Cup Filler for powder.
All Contact parts is in SS 304/316 quality & The machine is made with GMP Model.
The speed ofthe machine is 35 to 40 Sachets per Minute.

Applications:
All types of free flowing Granules, Powders, liquids, & Viscous Liquids Like, Pesticide Liquids, Pharma powders, Hair Oils, Shampoo, Ditergent Liquids, Lotions, Sauces, Ketchups, Jams etc.


Features: Total Mechanical Machine runs on Gears with very less maintenance. 0.5 Hp, Single phase, 1400 Rpm Motor. Fully automatic Photocell control system All types of Heat sealable laminates can be used. Sealing patters:Plain, Lining Serrated, diamond Knurling etc,. Very compact and mounted on the wheels for easy shifting.
