Here is Dematic's answer to your packaging requirements for compact and economical Candy packing machine for pillow-type packing. Model DT-12CD Mini Candy Packing Machine is designed and built to the same standards of performace and reliability. This simplified version may fit your tight budget and gives you the quality features also.
SPECIFICATION: (Model: DST-12CD)

Space saving compactness with strength and rigidity for smooth, quiet running and long life
The working parts of the machine coming in contact with the product and packing material will be stainless steel 304.
Foil Feeding arrangement.
SS Hopper with vibratory feeder.
Folding box.
Foil Angle setting arm.
Product feeding disc with 1 no. Brush motor, with machine aluminium cone.
2 pairs of crimping rollers, length controlled by PIV with longitudinal heater fine seal.
Cross sealer with heater mounted on common shaft and heater block carrying zig-zag knives.
SS lug conveyor.
Drive motor: DC motor with DC drive.
Machine speed: The machine will have a average speed up to the 600 packs/min; depending upon product size, shape, and finish packing material, room to be maintained at 22 deg. C and RH 50.
Electrical Control panel consisting of:

          a. Photo control unit.
          b. 2 nos. Proportional type temperature controller –digital type.
          c. Main Switch. (MCB).
          d. Digital machine speed indicator.
          e. Contactors and starter for motor and heater.
          f.   DC motor with DC Drive.
