Heavy machine bed. Gearbox and other part are made of superior grade cast iron. Gears and Lead Screw are made of alloy steel with Phosphor Bronze nut. Head End Gearbox is provided with hardened Worm Shaft and Phosphor Bronze worm wheel. Cutter Gearbox has hardened Worm Shaft and Phosphor Bronze Worm Wheel. Mechanical Cutter Tilt arrangement enables easy and accurate adjustment of Cutter Gearbox to ensure head shoulder ratio even when the segment worn out substantially. Motor, Cooling Pump with Tank, Limit Switches and Electrical panel box is provided with machine. 420/440 V AC supply.
