Contact SupplierWe are amongst the reputed Manufacturer, Exporter and Supplier of Vertical Axis Balancing Machines all across the globe. KRYSTAL Hard Bearing Vertical Axis Balancing Machines are permanently calibrated machines. Machines of KHV series are single plane machines whereas KHVT series machines are two plane Models. Our Vertical Axis Balancing Machines are most suitable for balancing the components, which do not have their own journals e.g. Turbine Discs, impellers, Grinding wheels, pulleys etc.
Construction
Each standard Machine is of rigid, durable construction reflecting the highest quality of workmanship. All operating elements are arranged considering ergonomic & safety requirements of the operator.
Features
Electronic Measuring System
The electronic circuitry used is built in with plug in type cards. All components used are of industry standards and carefully selected for long life and trouble free operation. All measuring systems have built in electronic compensation for compensating the shift of component journal axis from the spindle axis.
Options For Measuring Systems
Mechanical Attachments
Following optional attachments are available to increase productivity
Note : There is no limit for minimum weight on our machines. While, purchasing our Vertical Axis Balancing Machine, one has to see the minimum imbalance measured and check whether it meets accuracy requirements of the smallest job to be balanced.
