High Efficiency inverter Power Source, IGBT Technology with constant voltage characteristics. Efficiency level of more than 90% with no load loss less than 0.2% Amps. 100% electrolytic copper winding ensures longer life and trouble-free performance.
Pre-flow/Post-flow of shielding gas with Burn-back control ensures non-contamination of the weld pool and crater-crack formation at the weld end respectively, with the help of Self-hold security. It also makes the Power Source compatible for use with any suitable shielding gas or gas mixtures
PCBs are housed in additional steel enclosure for full protection against damage. The MEMIG Inverter Power Source is ideally suited for solid, flux-cored and self-shielding wires.
MEMIG inverter Power Source is robust, rugged yet light in weight and ideally suited for both indoor / site applications.
Analog type Ammeter and Voltmeter are mounted on the front panel

Welding Current and Voltage can be controlled even during welding with a lightweight Remote Control Unit at the point of welding, ensuring ease of operation for the welder and increased productivity.
Welding Torch suitable for CO2/MIG-MAG welding operation is ergonomically balanced, lightweight, flexible with co-axial cable of 3m length, gas-cooled and leak-proof. Standard Euro connector design with 3600 swivel neck is also available. Torches upto 10m length can also be made available.
CO2 Flow meter with Regulator and heater Assembly along with cored 5m length cable and hose facilitates work isolated from 110V supply of the power source.
