EmbSoft Technologies presents (EM103), a very stable Chopper controller which can be used to control the DC Link voltage of a medium frequency Induction furnace to improve power factor based on Industry standard microcontroller Arm Cortex-M0.

  1. Arm Cortex-M0 microcontroller
  2. INFINEON IGBT with Scale2 CONCEPT drivers.
  3. Closed loop system with PID for PWM control of chopper,maintaining Required power.
  4. 16x2 digit backlit LCD Display
  5. All parameters settable through 4 keys Keyboard(PGM,UP,DN,ENTER)
  6. Soft Start/Stop.
  7. All internal faults displayed on LCD display
  8. Four Analog Inputs
  9. 6 Digital Inputs
  10. 8 Digital Outputs
