MICROGREEN SPINACH SEEDS

Spinach microgreens are so intensely flavorful that a handful go a long way. Pinch off a few to check the flavor. Spray the plants thoroughly two hours before you intend to harvest them. Shake off excess water and allow them to air dry. This will keep them at their freshest.
