ARCRAFT takes initiative in manufacturing Micro TIG Welding Machine. This process uses non-consumable tungsten electrode to generate the arc required for welding. Our specially designed circuit enables the machine to work reliably using helium or argon as the shielding gas. Complete automation for linear and circumferential welding jobs is provided as per the requirement.

 

Micro TIG Welding uses a non-consumable tungsten electrode to generate the arc required for welding .Micro Tig welding is normally used to produce autogenous welds( without filler metal ) but if required  a filler metal can be used. Our specially designed circuit enables the machine to work reliably using helium or argon as the shielding gas. It can work in the current range of 1-50 Amp giving 100% duty cycle. Complete automation for linear and circumferential welding jobs is provided as per the requirement.

  • IGBT inverter based  with analog controls & integrated HF arcing system
  • High Frequency Ignition – Built-in high frequency ignition
  • Stable Arc – PLL based closed loop system for highly stable arc
  • Pulsing Facility – Fully fledged pulsing facility
  • Wave Correction Technique – Milli - second square wave correction technique for fast correction of welding current irrespective of arc length or input voltage variation
  • Digital Version – Digital version available on demand with computer interface for automatic welding with turntable / welding lathe / linear welding automation as required.
